Sword Art Eternity stamina goes up when you run. The cheap loop is inside Town of Beginnings, before the Frenzy Boar gate. A leveling recap says run until level 5 Stamina, which “leaves you with a total of 200 stamina.” This wiki has not dumped that HUD. Mark Stamina 5 → 200 pool unverified. You can skip the jog and “just play,” but later packs punish a tiny bar when combat dash starts spending it.
| Move | In combat | Out of combat | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dash (Left Ctrl) | Spends Stamina | Does not spend; also does not regen | Live split from beginner recap |
| Sprint + dash | Faster, still costs in a fight | Best plaza commute | Live travel habit |
| Running laps | Not the training spot | Trains Stamina (and Agility) in town | Live training |
| Stamina 5 → 200 pool | — | Beginner / leveling recap | Unverified |
| Horse (C) | Do not summon | Out of combat only — riding is not a training loop | See mounts |
| Stamina potions | Restore the bar in a hunt | Buy after Col exists | Shop row; prices TBA |
Left Ctrl dashes. Sprint plus dash covers the square faster than a jog. Out of combat you do not lose Stamina on dash — and you also do not regenerate during that dash. In combat, dash spends the bar. Learn that split now so you stop standing still “to regen” while you are still inside the walls. Bind list: controls. First-hour order: beginner guide.
The horse only summons out of combat. No Stamina drain on mount is analysis on the mounts page, not a HUD meter quote. Riding is travel. Recaps still train Stamina by running in the plaza. If you need the bar for a hunt, jog first, then buy and ride. Teleport pads beat a later road run once towns unlock — map.
Agility tracks movement. The same plaza laps that raise Stamina also tick Agility. There is no separate Agility minigame on this wiki. A leveling recap says high Agility lets you walk backwards while hitting wolves. That is a fight habit, not a published Agility formula. Thresholds, per-level bonuses, and a full Agility sheet stay TBA.
| Claim | Where it came from | This wiki |
|---|---|---|
| Agility from movement / running | Beginner and leveling recaps | Live training hook |
| Train early so later farms hurt less | Leveling recap | Advice, not a formula |
| Backpedal wolves if Agility is high enough | Leveling recap | Unverified threshold |
| Agility build vs Stamina build vs Vitality build | Public notes | Labels only — no DPS sheet |
| Numbers per Agility level | — | TBA |
“High enough” in a recap is not a number you can paste into a wiki cell. If a later HUD shows an Agility value next to a backpedal, this row upgrades. Until then, treat wolf country as a parry classroom and keep Agility as the movement stat. Packs and Col from those hunts sit on enemies.
Sword Art Eternity vitality is the search term that lands here. Public notes list Vitality next to Health, Stamina, and Agility. A later recap says training Vitality to a threshold unlocks passive regen. This wiki has not filmed that HUD, the threshold, or the regen rate. Treat Vitality → later passive regen as unverified. Do not copy a regen table from another Place.
| Claim | Source type | This wiki |
|---|---|---|
| Vitality exists as a stat | Public notes / recaps | Name kept; numbers TBA |
| Train Vitality to a level, then passive regen | Later recap | Unverified |
| Towns slowly restore Health | Public notes | Unverified as a Vitality formula |
| Field / dungeon does not auto-heal | Public notes | Carry potions — prices TBA |
| Health potions at potion stands | Leveling recap | Live shop type; stock TBA |
| Regen while dashing out of combat | Beginner recap | Does not regen during that dash |
Stamina is the dash pool you train by running. Vitality is the other named stat people search. Mixing them into one “200 pool” cell is how fake sheets start. The 200 figure in recaps is attached to Stamina 5, and even that stays unverified. Health as a separate bar is listed in public notes; HP numbers stay TBA on enemies.
Until a HUD dump, healing on this wiki is: health potions, stamina potions, status remedies, and the recap that towns are safer than the field. Potion stands sit in Town of Beginnings, Medai, and Tolbana — layout on shops. Do not skip the plaza jog because a Vitality guide promised regen at an invented level.
Weapon mastery on this wiki means weapon level for that type. It grows when you use that weapon. Recaps train faster on the starter of the same type because more hits land — more weapon-level experience per swing. Legendary recap blades ask for mastery gates (rapier 15, longsword 20, and other recap numbers). Those gates stay player recap / unverified. Damage, speed, and a mastery XP table stay TBA.

| Hook | Player recap | This wiki |
|---|---|---|
| How it grows | Hits with that weapon type | Live training hook |
| Faster grind | Starter of the same type, more hits | Unverified as a formula; keep the habit |
| Rapier recap gate | Weapon level 15 for Wind Floret | Unverified |
| Longsword recap gate | Weapon level 20 for Anneal Blade | Unverified |
| Greatsword recap gate | Weapon level 20 for Monolith | Unverified |
| Katana recap gate | Weapon level 17 for Kiyo Kagen | Unverified |
| Steel shop row | Tolbana at weapon level 15 | Shop fact on shops page; numbers TBA |
| Sheathed swings | Do not count | Live: press Q first |
There is no filmed mastery potion or Col dump that skips hits. Draw with Q. Farm packs you can actually hit. If a legendary recap blade will not equip, the recap answer is go back to the starter of that type, not invent a cheat sheet. Named blades: weapons.
Character level bands (boars 1–5, Medai wolves 5–15, mini dungeon around 15) live on progression. Weapon level is a parallel bar. Mixing “I am level 15” with “my rapier is 15” is how people buy the wrong Tolbana row. Logout still drops quest progress; mastery from hits is a different system and this page will not invent whether it saves.
Public notes list Health, Stamina, Vitality, Agility, and weapon proficiency. Heaviness on armor recaps reduces Stamina regen — Ferion stats stay TBA on the shops page. This wiki will not publish a full combat-attribute dump. Empty cells beat a copied Project Eternity sheet.

| Stat / field | How it grows (this wiki) | Numbers |
|---|---|---|
| Stamina | Running / dashing training in town | Pool 200 at Stamina 5 = unverified |
| Agility | Movement | TBA |
| Vitality | Use / training recaps | Passive regen unverified |
| Health | Level and gear recaps | TBA |
| Weapon proficiency / weapon level | Swinging that type | Gates unverified |
| Heaviness (armor recap) | Gear stat in Ferion recap | Cuts Stamina regen — unverified numbers |
| Speed (armor recap) | Gear stat in Ferion / Sheep’s Keep recaps | Unverified |
| Defense % | Gear recaps | Unverified |
Ferion armor at level 3 is a shop recap name. Price and stats stay TBA. Sheep’s Keep at Tolbana level 17 is another armor recap whose spoken benefit is “speed.” Buy order belongs on shops, not on this training page as a Vitality formula.
Unverified strings on codes may grant boosts. They do not print a Stamina 5 HUD this wiki has seen. Paste in-experience, then still run the plaza if the bar is tiny. After the panel stays honest, the last section is the mistake list so fake DPS stays off this page.
Scan this before you paste a Vitality number. Most bad Sword Art Eternity vitality answers mix a different Place, a 200-pool recap treated as HUD, and a regen table nobody filmed.
| Mistake | Fix |
|---|---|
| Publishing Stamina 5 = 200 as fact | Beginner recap — unverified until a HUD dump |
| Treating Vitality regen as confirmed | Later passive recap — unverified |
| Copying Project Eternity stats | Wrong Place: 195971254 |
| Training Stamina on the horse | Run in the plaza; riding is analysis-travel |
| Expecting dash to regen out of combat | Out-of-combat dash does not spend and does not regen |
| Swinging sheathed to “train mastery” | Press Q, then LMB |
| Inventing an Agility breakpoint for wolves | Threshold TBA; parry still works |
| Mixing character level with weapon level | Parallel bars; legendary gates are recap |
| Skipping plaza laps because 20 Col felt broken | Col is shops; Stamina is running |
| Publishing Ferion as a Vitality formula | Unverified armor recap on the shops page |
